At the seminar the questions on the procedure of registration as a legal entity and an individual entrepreneur were considered. Aspects of taxation and the order of the reporting of small and average enterprises to the state and municipal bodies were also considered. Besides, bases for business planning were given. The mechanisms of the state and municipal support to small and average enterprises in Irkutsk area were also thoroughly discussed.
