On February 09, 2012 the staff meeting devoted to TaxFree Russia system was held in Federal Customs Service. Experts of "MarkPrior” company responsible for the project and heads of the Federal Customs Service departments , Federal Tax Service and Customs of Vnukovo airport took part in the meeting. The following questions were raised at the meeting:

• Placing goods under a customs export procedure by the foreign individuals:
• Confirmation of the 0 % rate
• Modification in the legislation

Those present at the meeting unanimously came to the conclusion, that the TaxFree Russia system fully complies with the current legislation, however its realisation will require a lot of documents and procedures in comparison with the refund experience by cheque of the European operator companies.
